    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, procurement processes, and vendor payouts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for streamlining processes to ensure efficient operations.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.

    Implement and optimize warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.

    Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

    Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.

    Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality products.

    Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage the procurement process from order placement

    Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

    Evaluate vendor performance and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness.

    Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors.

    Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with vendors to optimize cost and quality.

    Quality Assurance

    Implement quality control measures to ensure the authenticity and condition of sneakers.

    Collaborate with relevant teams to address any quality issues promptly.

    Lead and motivate a team of warehouse and procurement professionals.

    Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.

    Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

    Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
