    Overview

    The SAP FICO(Finance and Controlling) consultant plays a critical role inimplementing and supporting SAP FICO modules within theorganization. They are responsible for configuring testing anddeploying SAP solutions to meet the financial management andreporting needs of the business. This role is integral to ensuringthe optimal use of SAP FICO functionality to drive financialperformance and efficiency.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders to understand finance and accountingrequirements
    • Design and implement SAP FICOsolutions to meet business objectives
    • ConfigureSAP FICO modules to integrate with financial processes andreporting
    • Conduct testing and quality assuranceof SAP FICO configurations
    • Train endusers onSAP FICO functionality and processes
    • Provideongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICOmodules
    • Optimize financial processes throughSAP FICO system enhancements
    • Participate in SAPFICO system upgrades andimplementations
    • Develop and maintaincomprehensive documentation of SAP FICOconfigurations
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure integration with other SAPmodules
    • Analyze financial data and provideinsights and recommendations
    • Identify andresolve issues related to SAP FICOfunctionality
    • Stay updated on SAP FICO bestpractices and industry trends
    • Support thedevelopment of financial reports anddashboards
    • Contribute to continuous improvementefforts related to SAP FICO

    RequiredQualifications

    • Bachelors degree inFinance Accounting Information Systems or a relatedfield
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as anSAP FICO consultant or a similar role
    • Provenexpertise in SAP FICO configuration andimplementation
    • Strong understanding offinancial and accounting principles
    • Proficiencyin financial reporting tools andtechniques
    • Experience in conducting endusertraining and support
    • Ability to analyze andinterpret financial data
    • Excellentproblemsolving and troubleshootingskills
    • Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement abilities
    • Relevant SAPcertifications preferred
    • Proven track record ofsuccessful SAP FICO projectimplementations
    • Ability to work effectively ina team environment
    • Uptodate knowledge of SAPFICO advancements and updates
    • Experience incollaborating with crossfunctionalteams
    • Attention to detail and strongorganizational skills
