    Job Title: Customer Support Executive

    Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Providing online support via email, phone, and chat.
    • Delivering excellent customer service and technical support to clients.
    • Assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Networking or related field.
    • Ability to work flexible shifts, including 12:00 am - 8:30 am (5 working days).
    • Freshers to 6 month experience preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients. This includes:

    • Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Resolving issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
