- Position: Product Analyst/ Senior Product Analyst

- Reporting to: Product Manager
- Working Hours: 9 Hours per day, five days a week.
- Travel: No
- Expected onboard time (After the roll-out of an offer): 15-30 days
- Gather and synthesize product requirements from multiple stakeholders – clients, internal teams, and engineers
- Create and update product documentation (both for internal and external use)
- Monitor the market and competitor activities and make recommendations that will be used in decision making
- Work with the Product Manager to help maintain a healthy and well-articulated Product Backlog.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to help deliver product features in an agile environment
- Help in providing the solution to new use cases by understanding customer requirements
- Engineering Graduate with 3+ years of experience
- Understanding of agile SDLC and ability to participate in agile ceremonies, including daily scrums
- Understanding of how to do framework-based prioritization of roadmap items
- Ability to understand the problem statement and map it to the most effective solution possible
- Excellent proficiency with tools such as Jira, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

This involves feature additions to our flagship platform, performance/architecture enhancements, tuning our NLP, improvements in our sourcing engine, machine learning algorithms, and much more. We stay on the cutting edge while being sensible about it.
