This role will be a part of our growing Platform Solutions team theprimary responsibility would involve working on Oxane's proprietary, tech-enabled platforms across bespoke deals in structured finance space. The incumbentwill be expected to take lead on client projects assigned to her/him, workingdirectly with top investment banks, hedge funds and private equity firms. Thisrole is at the intersection of finance & technology (FinTech) and providesa steep learning curve in evolving landscape of structured credit. Thecandidate will be exposed to various asset classes and will be required tounderstand the deal structure, laying out the complexities.Key Responsibilities:

Workdirectly with the clients on various investment transactions forperforming/non-performing loan portfolios, real estate and specialty financing

Analyseand comprehend modelling inputs from documents such as information memorandums,rentroll, valuation reports, facility agreements and other legal reports andhelp onboard the deals on Oxane's tech platform

Guide& work with the implementation team through the product implementation andpost implementation cycles

Assistthe client in their specific needs for ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring,surveillance and reporting

Actas Business analyst for Platform features, client changes and issues workingclosely with development team

Actas extended client team for asset management reporting, financial duediligence, post-deal analysis and business planning

Requirements

MBA, PGDM, or equivalent PGwith major in Finance/IT and alike streams, /B. Tech preferred. Strongacumen for engineering technology-driven solutions will be preferred

Good understanding offinancial concepts and understanding of Excel, Macros & SQL (must have –intermediate level)

Good attention to detail anda logical thought process to analyse large amounts of qualitative andquantitative data

Strong written and verbalcommunication skills

Self-starter personality andability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Keeninterest and appreciation of technology with relevant work experience. Prior development/ITexperience would be an added advantage
