About the Role: Billing Engineer
We are seeking a qualified Billing Engineer with experience in the HVAC industry to join our team. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of HVAC projects, including cost estimation, billing, invoicing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, project management, and financial analysis.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, cost estimation, or financial management, preferably in the HVAC industry.
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering
Location: Pune
Salary: 20-22K
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain billing records and documentation, including invoices, payment receipts, and contract agreements.
2. Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to verify billing information and resolve billing discrepancies.
3. Review contract documents, including terms and conditions, payment schedules, and change orders related to HVAC projects.
4. Analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost projections for materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
5. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that cost estimates align with project objectives and client expectations.
6. Prepare financial reports, cost summaries, and variance analyses to monitor project performance and financial status.
7. Address client inquiries, concerns, and disputes related to billing and invoicing in a professional and timely manner.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in billing and financial management workflows.
