    Sales Training Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry at Delhi :

    We are looking for Sales Training Manager.

    As a Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing raining programs to enhance the sales skills and knowledge of our Pharmaceutical Sales team all India. Position requires 5 to 10 years of experience in sales training in Pharmaceutical Industry. The role is based in Delhi.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry
    • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful Sales Training programs
    • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Ability to adapt training programs to meet the needs of different audiences
    • Experience with training modules and material development
    • Ability to assess training needs and create tailored training programs
    • Proficiency in utilizing online training platforms
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality training

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales training programs to enhance the sales skills and knowledge of the sales team
    • Assess the training needs of the sales team and tailor training programs accordingly
    • Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources
    • Deliver training sessions to the sales team, both in person and through online platforms
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary
    • Collaborate with sales managers to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and support to enhance sales performance
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training and incorporate them into training programs
    • Track and report on the progress and success of training initiatives
    • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Manage relationships with external training vendors and negotiate contracts as required
