    Key Responsibilities:


    Account Management:

    • Manage the overall relationship with Ecommerce Platform, serving as the primary point of contact. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Negotiate terms, promotions, and agreements to optimize Biotique's presence on the platform.

    Sales and Revenue Generation :

    • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets on the Myntra platform.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Implement promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product launches to maximize sales.

    Brand Visibility and Marketing:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement brandbuilding initiatives on Myntra.
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including product placements, sponsored listings, and digital advertising.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize ROI and brand visibility.

    Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

    • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
    • Forecast demand, manage inventory turnover, and minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and support.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

    Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
    • Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
    • Proven experience 25 Years in Ecommerce key account management, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.
    • Indepth understanding of Ecommerce platforms, particularly Myntra, and its operational dynamics.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
    • Resultsoriented approach with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
