    We are looking for Passionate and hard-working Sales Managers who want to live and work in Canada/ Germany/ UAE or Netherlands region under Work and PR Visa.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives or agents to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for a company. Their primary role involves overseeing the sales process, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships to drive business growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborating closely with senior management to establish ambitious yet achievable sales objectives based on thorough market analysis and industry trends.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and generate leads.
    • Formulating robust sales plans and tactics that align with the company's business objectives, market position, and competitive landscape.
    • Recruiting, training, and empowering a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
    • Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Utilizing advanced analytics and sales metrics to track performance, assess sales pipelines, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.
    • Collaborating with finance teams to develop and manage sales budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI) for sales initiatives.
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
    • Implementing best practices, optimizing sales processes, and leveraging technology tools to enhance efficiency, productivity, and sales performance.
    • Conducting in-depth market research, monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitor strategies, and forecasting sales projections to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.
    • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
    • 5+ years' of sales experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
