Tata Mutual Fund is a leading financial services provider seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Services Specialist to join our team. This role requires an individual with strong sales and business development skills, as well as experience in microfinance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving disbursement targets while minimizing delinquency rates. Key responsibilities include identifying joint liability groups, developing and managing sales teams across assigned territories, assessing client base and product acceptability in new regions, and ensuring timely repayment of loans. Additionally, the candidate will be required to maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, nonstarters, delinquency, and frauds.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily/weekly collections targets
- Identify Joint liability Groups & disbursed loans, to suit target customers and geographies
- Develop and manage sales teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach
- Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas

Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience as a sales officer in microfinance business
- Basic understanding of microfinance business and JLG model working preferred
