    • Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve recruitment goals.
    • Identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients.
    • Collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure efficient staffing solutions.
    • Conducting market research to identify trends and areas for growth in recruitment services.
    • Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to clients.

    Mandatory Requirements:
