    Description

    A CAD engineer is an energetic individual who is willing to learn and engage into the Solar design space. The

    individual is an expert on CAD software, preferably AutoCAD. Attention to detail and willingness to learn is a

    big part of this position. Commitment to problem solving, innovative design approaches are important.

    Responsibilities

    • Understands the project specification and executes the project as per specification
    • Has worked on drafting, detailing, and designing jobs using AutoCAD & other relevant software.
    • Responsible for the creation of documentation that reports issues and errors relating to the production process with efforts placed to find a solution.
    • Check designs for Quality

    Qualifications

    • Engineer with excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD
    • Should have experience in Solar Permit Design.
    • Worked in (or willing to work in) a start-up environment.
    • Must be able to interpret scientific and technical documents
    • Innovative thinking, always keeping up to date with technology
    • Good communication and documentation skills
    • Should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts
    • Should have very good attention to detail and Analytical Skills
    • Should be a team player
