    Job Overview

    We are hiring a PRT English for our client, Pedagogy Consulting, located in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in teaching English at the primary level. This is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
    • Proven experience in teaching English to primary school students for 4 to 6 years.
    • Excellent command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Passionate about teaching and dedicated to providing quality education.
    • Knowledge of effective teaching methodologies and learning strategies.
    • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials and activities.
    • Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.
    • Good organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents/guardians.
    • Familiarity with educational technology tools and software.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement English curriculum for primary school students.
    • Teach English language and literature to students in an engaging and interactive manner.
    • Create and deliver well-structured lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching techniques and resources.
    • Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth and development.
    • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and motivated.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and participate in school-wide events and activities.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' attendance, assignments, and assessments.
    • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to keep them informed of students' progress and address any concerns.
    • Stay updated with current trends and developments in English language teaching and implement best practices in the classroom.
