    Job Description:

    1. Contract Partner Management

    a. Collaborate, Coordinate & Review with Contract Partner b. Rating Mechanism of Contract Partner c. Plan and deploy contractors in contracts d. Identify new Contract Partner e. Visit Contract Sites f. Organize Events g. Handling IR issues.

    2. Statutory Compliance

    a. Legal Coordination & Agreements b. Conduct Annual Statutory Compliance Audit c. Ensure Invoice Validation

    3. Payables Management

    a. Raise PR as per valid request b. Issue PO to contractor c. Amendment of PO d. Payment Processing – Centrally

    4. Crew System Maintenance & Development

    a. Ensure swift working & maintenance of crew systems b. Undertake system development

    5. Training & Recruitment

    a. Conduct Training Lifecycle Management

    6. Safety Management

    a. Planning Safety Visits & Trainings b. Conduct Equipment, Crew & Site Assessment c. Monitor closure of observations d. Conduct Safety System implementation

    7. MIS & Analytics

    a. Create dashboards b. Gather data for generating monthly MIS c. Generate Reports for communications.
