    JobDescription:PositionOverview:We are seeking ahighly motivated and experienced Back Office Sales SupportSpecialist with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in sales supportactivities and possess expertise in SAP PP (Production Planning)and Microsoft Office tools. This individual will play a crucialrole in supporting the sales team and ensuring the seamlessexecution of backofficeprocesses.KeyResponsibilities:
    1. SalesOrderProcessing:
    • Efficientlyprocess sales orders and ensure accuracy in orderfulfillment.
    • Collaborate with the sales team togather necessary information for orderprocessing.
    1. DocumentationandReporting:
    • Generateand maintain salesrelated documentation including invoices shippingdocuments and reports.
    • Utilize Microsoft Officetools particularly Excel for data analysis andreporting.
    1. SAPPPExpertise:
    • Leverageexpertise in SAP PP to facilitate smooth production planningprocesses.
    • Work closely with production teamsto align sales orders with productionschedules.
    1. InventoryManagement:
    • Monitorand manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocksituations.
    • Collaborate with relevant teams tooptimize inventoryturnover.
    1. CustomerCommunication:
    • Communicatewith customers regarding order status delivery schedules and anyother relevant information.
    • Address customerinquiries and provide timely and accurateinformation.
    1. CrossFunctionalCollaboration:
    • Collaboratewith various departments including sales production and logisticsto ensure a cohesive and streamlinedworkflow.
    • Act as a bridge between the salesteam and other internalstakeholders.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimumof 3 years of experience in a similar backoffice sales supportrole.
    • Proficiency in SAP PP for productionplanning and coordination.
    • Strong command ofMicrosoft Office tools particularly Excel for data analysis andreporting.
    • Excellent organizational andmultitasking skills.
    • Effective communicationand interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detailand a commitment to accuracy in alltasks.
    Education:Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or arelated field ispreferred.
