Roles and ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analyst Responsibilities:
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas forimprovement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate andmodernize systems.
Conducting meetings with all the concerned stakeholders and presenting the ideas andfindings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team membersand management.
Working closely with business, IT, Vendor and various stakeholders.
Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Stakeholder communication & alignment of project status/issues via frequent reviewmeetings and updating/circulating tracker sheets.
Coordinating with business Teams, IT as well as external vendors on an on-goingbasis for extending support to existing & future projects and seek timely solutions
