    We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR
    • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Ability to work well in a team

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and execute recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
    • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork.
    • Support performance management activities, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development discussions.
    • Handle employee relations matters, including handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
    • Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR reports, maintaining HR documents, and managing employee benefits.
    • Stay up-to-date with HR trends, best practices, and employment law changes to ensure compliance.
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
