The Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing Genesys Pure Cloud solutions.

The primary objective of this role is to understand customer objectives and requirements and design/implement solutions that meet those objectives and requirements based on Genesys Pure cloud platform.

Solution Engineer is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and clarifying customer requirements and then creating a

design and implementing

the solution including detailed documentation, to meet those requirements in addition to consulting with customers on best practices.

Essential FunctionsDemonstrates product expertise specifically in Genesys Pure Cloud products, a Genesys Pure connect experience will be a plus.
Provides top quality service engagements for large or strategic customers or other accounts serving as the lead technical consultant/engineer.
Works in close connect with Project Manager in successfully delivering projects.
Assesses complex situations to make appropriate recommendations.
Prepares and/or reviews functional requirements documentation.

Keeps apprised of new offerings and software updates from the work within a team environment when conduct QAT, UAT etc.

Required technical Skills.
Pure Cloud solution implementation / migration - Hands-on

; Genesys Pure connect knowledge with be a plus.

Pure cloud implementation/design and integrations with third party solutions like Salesforce, MS Teamsof SIP and VoIPof networkingKnowledge of HTTP requests, REST web services, API and JSON etcof network design and troubleshooting such as WiresharkTelephony & Hardware:
Genesys Cloud Edge, AudioCodesverbal and written communications skillsto manage multiple priorities through detail orientation and strong organizational/planning skillsto work independently with minimal direction but resulting in a satisfied resolution for the client

Desired/Preferred Qualifications4-year bachelor's degree+ years' experience on Genesys Pure Cloud implementation and solution designcloud certifications – GCP, Architect, Scripting – preferred
