    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Business Development Manager to join our team at SkyClique Technologies. As the Lead Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base through strategic business development initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT consulting industry and a proven track record of success in generating new business.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Senior level experience of 7 to 10 years in business development within the IT consulting industry
    • Proven track record of success in generating new business and achieving sales targets
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team and drive results
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • In-depth knowledge of the IT consulting industry and market trends
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Focused working with US market only .
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and increase market share
    • Research and analyze the market to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies
    • work closely with the CXO's
    • Must have wide experience into Lead generation , data mining , inside sales (B2B)
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers
    • Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations.
    • Develop and implement business development plans, including sales forecasts and budgets
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
    • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results
