    Description
    We are looking for an accounting professional for Delhi/NCR (Hybrid) preferably Faridabad to be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. You will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial guidance to support business decision-making while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
    • Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • Develop annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
    • Monitor budget variances and provide analysis to support cost control measures and operational efficiency.
    • Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive profitability.
    • Manage cash flow projections and optimize working capital to support operational needs.
    • Implement cash management strategies to maximize liquidity and mitigate financial risks.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
    • Identify and assess financial risks and implement measures to mitigate potential exposures.
    • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide guidance and support for professional development and training initiatives.



    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
    • Proven experience (Min 4 years) in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Advanced knowledge of Quick Books accounting software and Microsoft Excel formulas & Functions.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
