- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
- Proven experience (Min 4 years) in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced knowledge of Quick Books accounting software and Microsoft Excel formulas & Functions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
