We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with expertise in managing US IT requirements and H1B transfers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the US IT job market, immigration laws related to H1B transfers, and excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates, clients, and legal experts.
Job responsibilities
• Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent for clients based in the United States, utilizing various sourcing channels including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements, technical skills need, and organizational culture fit.
• Specialize in facilitating H1B transfers for qualified candidates, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
• Guide candidates through the H1B transfer process, including preparing and filing visa petitions, collecting required documentation, and addressing any legal complexities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, preferences, and long-term strategic goals.
• Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights relevant to their industry and technology stack.
• Identify and attract highly skilled IT professionals for both US IT Hiring roles and H1B transfers, conducting thorough screenings, technical assessments, and interviews.
• Evaluate candidates' qualifications, technical expertise, and eligibility for H1B transfers, ensuring alignment with client requirements and visa regulations.
• Assist in negotiating competitive employment offers, including salary, benefits, and relocation packages and H1B transfer candidates.
• Facilitate the offer acceptance process and ensure a seamless transition for candidates joining client organizations.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and visa requirements throughout the recruitment and H1B transfer process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidate profiles, visa petitions, client interactions, and legal compliance.
Professional Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration (HR), Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on handling IT requirements and H1B transfers.
• willing to work in US shift.
• In-depth knowledge of the US IT job market, technical skill sets, and H1B visa regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and legal professionals.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and other recruitment tools
