    Description
    PMS (Performance management) -COE (Center of Excellence) - Process Manager (PM) _Navi Manager Role & Management (PMS) & Rewards :

    • Implement the performance management philosophy, framework, and process for the organization and ensure completion of KRA setting, and appraisal exercise on time.
    • Create a performanceoriented culture through monitoring ongoing performance/productivity data; ensuring continuous performance discussions, development
    • Support the existing team in the implementation of compensation strategy and driving compensation surveys, revamping of compensation structure, etc.
    Employee Engagement & Culture Building :

    • Build a robust employee engagement strategy including employee communication, grievance handling mechanism, etc.
    • Conceptualize and implement a Reward & Recognition scheme for the organization encompassing various reward schemes related to corporate Values and performance, etc.
    • Develop an Employee Value Proposition framework for the organization and implement the same.
    • Conduct engagement surveys and polls as needed; share the findings, and facilitate action planning and tracking of actions taken
    Employee Relationship Management:


    • Work closely with the Program Leader and other senior managers in the program to ensure a balance in HR & Ops communication and that Company policies are adhered to in the Program
    • Understand employees & concerns, escalate to appropriate levels, and ensure resolution of the concern.
    Reporting and R&R:


    • Ensure that all trackers like grievance, PIP, etc., are updated on a realtime basis.
    • Create all necessary reports and dashboards required for each program/process area
    • Drive REWARDS & RECOGNITION in the program to recognize & reward contribution and achievement to motivate higher performance levels.
    Technical and Functional Skills:


    • MBA with at least 3 to 6 years of experience in an HRBP role.
    • Good exposure to performance appraisal, Employee survey, and R&R.
    • Experience required in employee engagement and connect activities.
    • Good knowledge of Excel and experience in preparing various trackers.
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
