    We are looking for a highly skilled Demand Generation Lead to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and will be able to leverage a wide range of marketing channels to achieve their goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute demand generation strategies that drive revenue growth
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute campaigns that target different segments of our customer base
    • Manage the end-to-end process of lead generation, including lead nurturing and qualification
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customer personas, and use that knowledge to inform campaign messaging and content
    • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
    • Partner with sales to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and that leads are properly handed off
    • Manage budget and report on campaign performance to senior leadership

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
    • 7-10 years of experience in demand generation or a related field in the job market context of India
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
    • Experience with marketing automation and CRM software (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience managing budgets and reporting on campaign performance to senior leadership
