    Lead HR Business Partner

    Role:

    The Lead HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and support to our dynamic and fast-paced organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support our business objectives and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR business partnering within the gaming or tech industry, with expertise in performance management systems, goal setting, and business stakeholder management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic HR Leadership:

    Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and develop HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

    Performance Management Systems (PMS):

    Design, implement, and manage performance management systems and processes to drive employee performance, development, and accountability.

    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance feedback, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.

    Goal Setting:

    Collaborate with business leaders to establish clear and measurable performance goals and objectives that align with business priorities.

    Ensure that goals are cascaded effectively throughout the organization and support the achievement of overall business objectives.

    Business Stakeholder Management:

    Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand their HR needs and priorities and provide strategic HR advice and support.

    Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders on HR-related matters.

    Employee Relations:

    Handle employee relations issues and investigations in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

    Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

    Talent Management and Development:

    Partner with talent acquisition and learning and development teams to identify talent gaps, develop succession plans, and implement talent development initiatives that build bench strength and support career growth and development.

    HR Metrics and Analytics:

    Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, identify trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to drive continuous improvement and enhance organizational Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

    - Strong knowledge and experience in performance management systems, goal setting, and business stakeholder management.

    - Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and business stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives.

    - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

    - Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
