    What You'll Do:

    The Global Automation team develops and runs a wide range of first-class products that empower Criteo's commercial and operations teams to maximise their business impact by scaling its operations while boosting the efficient delivery of value to clients.

    Multiple of our products rely on internal communities of contributors such as; Analytics, Product Experts, Product Analytics or Technical Solutions Engineers that develop content at scale that is tailored to each client.

    In your role, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Automation, you will lead and support our diverse communities of contributors. You will be responsible for ensuring a steady flow of new, relevant content while fostering a self-reliant community culture.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivate a vibrant, engaged community environment by organizing regular meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for community members, providing guidance, encouragement, and recognition.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase community participation and the quality of contributions.
  • Regularly review content for relevance and accuracy, coordinating updates as needed to reflect the latest trends and technologies
  • Facilitate collaboration among community members to leverage diverse expertise and minimize duplication of efforts.
  • Provide technical and strategic support to community members, assisting with content development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Define, monitor, and report key metrics and performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of the content generated by the community's contributions.
  • Bring a unified community voice into the product strategy
  • Who You Are:

  • Background in Ad Tech, Data Analyst, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience leading and nurturing technical or analytical communities.
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Python.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical contributors and commercial teams.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training programs tailored to different audiences, developing comprehensive user guides, e-learning modules, and FAQs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives.
  • Organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
