Roles and Responsibilities:
CNC ShopManager
Excellent knowledge of CNC setups andoperations. Trained staff of CNC VMC and SPMmachine. Sound knowledge and understandingregarding machining methods CAD/CAM softwaregeometriccondition measuringEquipment&rsquo s Etc.
Responsibility to provide cycle time process and setupworkout. Programmed CNC andVMC Development new part by choosing correctmachining methods and cutting tools and achievespecificdimension and geometric precision inproduct. Administration of DepartmentalActivities. To ensure the implementation ofquality standard. Preparation of processlayout and machine assembly layout.
Documentation control Authority concernedwith development & design of equipment&rsquo scomponents & fixtures. Authorityregarding control/maintenance of equipment&rsquo scomponents etc. Authority regarding workinstructions & standards. Authorityregarding labour in the department.
Authority regarding control of documentation related withsection. Maintain theEquipment&rsquo s in Uptrend. Spareparts maintaining. To establish implement& maintain quality system. Tocontrol documentation related to departmentalactivities. Promote the improvement ofwork. Preparation of work / manufacturingstandards. Capacity calculation of Machines& equipment&rsquo s.
Preparation of new machines tools & jigs and making readyfor production. Preparation of processlayout and machine assembly layout.
Management KPI activities. Tooling Handling& sparemanagement.
