    As a Team Leader at Kezanconsulting you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuringcustomer satisfaction. Your duties willinclude:
    • Improving overall customerrelationships and providing reliable administrative support andcustomer service.
    • Meeting budgeted per customersales and targets and achieving showroom sales and operatingexpenses goals while maintaining a focus on quality customerservice.
    • Coordinating with the merchandisingteam to ensure the supply of merchandise to showrooms as perdemand.
    • Delivering showroom sales and operatingexpenses targets on a daily weekly monthly quarterly and annualbasis.
    • Creating the right shopping ambience inshowrooms and adhering to reverse logisticsguidelines.
    • Executing activities aimed atincreasing sales and providing insights for merchandiserequirements based on sales patterns and consumerpreferences.
    • Implementing loss preventionactivities generating necessary reports and ensuring adherence toshowroom standard operatingprocedures.
    • Handling all point of salesactivities inventory management and staff guidance to increasesales andprofitability.
    CandidateQualifications:
    Kezan consulting is seekinga candidate with:
    • A graduation degreein relevant field.
    • Minimum 3 years ofexperience in retail sales with at least 1 year in a leadershiprole.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivatea team with strong communication and interpersonalskills.
    • Proven track record of meeting andexceeding sales targets along with sound knowledge of inventorymanagement.
    • Proficiency in using point of salesystems and generatingreports.
