- Conduct training sessions on various HR topics including Introduction to HRM, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Behavior, Labor Laws, Payroll, Performance Management & Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement, Tax Planning for Salaried Employees, Statutory Compliance, Disciplinary Actions/Termination, Training and Development, POSH, and HR operations.
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative training materials tailored to both freshers and experienced professionals.
- Provide guidance and support to students in understanding complex HR concepts and practical applications.
- Incorporate real-world examples and case studies into training sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Assist in the development of capstone projects related to HR analytics, HR software, and other relevant topics.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop training programs to address them.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and student progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR roles, with significant experience in HR training.
- Proficiency in all subjects listed, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students of varying backgrounds and experience levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in HR training or related field preferred
