Salesforce System Analyst - Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as a bridge between the business problems and the technology solutions.

Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and technical specification documentation to define the requirements.

Work with the development team to ensure that the requirements are met.

• Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications.
• Deliver business projects in line with sponsor requirements and enterprise architecture.
• Proactive development and deployment of enhanced services and platforms, covering all the functional aspects from service/product definition through to build and deployment.
• Assist with the resolution of issues pertaining to the service.
• Adhere to and follow the relevant SAFe-Agile development and support processes.
• Communicate and escalate if any risks and issues arise or deliverables cannot be met and request assistance to ensure closure of issues.
• Take responsibility for delivery of project elements with minimal supervision.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

• Certified Salesforce Administrator/Advance Administrator Essential
• Certified Platform App Builder, PD1 - Desirable
• Working knowledge of Aura, Apex, SF Analytics Studio, LWC, Flow Builder and Visualforce is essential.
• Working experience in Agile-SAFe project management methodology is essential.
• Experience with writing systems/technical specification documents, Field mappings, Outlining acceptance criterias, Conducting BA walk-throughs, User-story grooming, Dev testing are essential.
• Broad understanding of business practices and processes
• Understand & leverage knowledge on the organisations technical landscape, environment and broader architecture to define integration points across tech stacks for various requirements.
• Work collaboratively with project / program teams, squads, scrum masters and engineers to define backlog, release & DevOps / project planning implications of the requirements development & roadmap (what should happen when)
• Work as part of the embedded DevOps team to continuously improve system requirements mapping (e.g. leverage input from questions asked etc. to consistently improve the quality of the requirements analysis for easier interpretation by the development teams)
• Work as part of the embedded DevOps team throughout the design process to review solution design (features and functionality)
• Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert business requirements into operational deliverables to meet business objectives.
• Excellent team player who displays good client service orientation with well-developed administrative and organisation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
