    The Job:


    As a Project Manager you will proactively manage assigned projects through cross-functionalproject teams, defined and coordinate all aspects of the projects, set deadlines, ensure appropriatemonitoring and transparent progress.

    You will serve as the first point of contact for functional teammembers to ensure on time and compliant realization of strategy.

    You will define and develop bestpractices that are key to the success of the process and project governance.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead or contribute to cross-functional and high priority projects in alignment to strategy,from start to completion.
    • Responsible to deliver assigned projects on time, within scope, within budget and withquality (e.g. timely execution of cross-functional plans, accurate monitoring and tracking ofdefined activities).
    • Ensures efficient and transparent allocation of project team resources to accomplish projecttasks. Ensures active and continuous risk assessment and management to minimize projectrisks.
    • Acts as point of contact and establishes appropriate channels to communicate projectsprogress and performance on a regular basis to internal and external stakeholders (e.g.communication to Steering Committees).
    • Leads change management activities to ensure organizational readiness forimplementation. Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, includingthe project charter and project plan.
    • Provides the necessary training, coaching and tools to project team members to facilitateeffective and efficient project management.
    • Supports in development, tracking and reporting of performance metrics for theorganization, interpreting information and proposing action to team and management.
    • Ensures internal compliance and other relevant regulations and quality standards, sharesbest practices and lessons learned

    Skills required:

    • 8+ years of practical experience in managing large enterprise projects from start to finish.
    • Good knowledge about project management tools like Jira.
    • Excellent project management, planning, risk mitigation skills.
    • Demonstrates problem-solving and idea generation skills. Good presentation skills;Fundamental Leadership skills.
    • Very good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work ininterdisciplinary teams.
    • Experience in working global matrix organization and cross-cultural environment.
    • Experience with Agile project methodology

    Soft skills:
    Communication with C-levels Stakeholders from different organization IT &business.

    Leadership Skills:
    Strong leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams and leadprojects to successful completion.

    Agile Proficiency:
    Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience using tools likeAtlassian Confluence and JIRA.

    Organizational Skills:
    Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects,milestones, and deadlines.

    Adaptability:
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting tochanging project requirements.

    Customer Focus:
    Understanding of customer-centric principles
