Working Mode: Chennai (On-site)

**Role Overview:**

We seek a visionary AVP – Product Engineering with a rich background in internet-facing, especially mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. This role involves collaborating with our leadership to set and steer the technology and product roadmap, ensuring its alignment with our business objectives and its execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute a long-term technology/product roadmap in sync with business priorities.
• Scout and integrate cutting-edge tools, software, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency and solve technological challenges.
• Lead full-stack product development and deployment, encompassing architecture, design, development, and testing within set timelines.
• Manage all non-functional product requirements (NFRs).
• Play a pivotal role in the recruitment and selection of the product engineering team.
• Rapid adaptation and iteration based on user feedback and metrics.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in Agile development methodologies, with a knack for thriving in an Agile setup.
• Skilled in multiple programming languages, especially TypeScript, JavaScript, or NodeJS.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or
• Expertise in service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, or GraphQL endpoints.
• Proven track record of developing features for high-traffic web applications.
• Competent in RDBMS (preferably MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra or MongoDB).
• Familiarity with observability tools for problem identification and resolution.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• A commitment to progress over perfection and a history of delivering value to customers.
• A collaborative spirit with a passion for solving customer problems and mentoring junior team members.
