Job Title: Senior Executive - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Salary Range: 7.5 to 11 LPA (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Manage all phases of accounting, including financial statement preparation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Be available for client and team meetings and accommodate late-evening calls with international clients as needed.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Support management in identifying key business drivers and trends through data analysis and interpretation.
• Actively participate in the budgeting and planning process, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to financial planning and analysis.
• Any additional tasks assigned by the management or directly by the clients related to financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (Additional certifications like CA, CPA, or CFA are a plus)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including financial modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, or similar platforms will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization and analysis tools will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.

Workplace Type: Hybrid - 2 days weekly in the office, remaining days working from home.

Office Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi

Office Timings: Flexible, open Mondays to Fridays.
