- Experienced in hiring team members, brew masters, cafe managers, assistant cafe managers, and support functions.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Extensive experience in recruitment and staffing.
