    Mission of the Role:


    Lead the strategic improvement of current HR systems which will result in improved processes for HR/HR Operations/HR CoE's and alignment to HR strategy.

    This position is also accountable to partner with CIO in simplifying the HR IT Landscape, drive HR productivity with tool integration, simplify data reporting & strengthen Visteon's relationships with vendor.

    Key accountabilities / How You Will Spend Your DaysHR Tools LandscapeTake 100% ownership of all tools that support HR functionExplore ways to integrate / simplify the HR IT landscapeAccountable to drive significant expense improvement through process improvement and automationIdentifies global governance and support standards (e.g. Data governance, data audits, user audits/acceptance, etc.)Creates global team to drive program implementation, process improvement and efficiency as well as improve system adoption and standardsProactively identifies implementation governance across all technology platforms. Ensures that no project is undertaken without the proper governance including project plan, roles and success metrics.
    Ensuring security compliance as per IT Security norms and system security guidelinesCross functional Partnership

    Collaborate with CIO, HR functions specifically CoE's to understand their need and be a credible partner to solve.

    Future think on HR IT landscape & pro-actively partner on solutioningEngage with CIO on simplifying the HR IT landscape & drive HR ProductivityBe a techno-functional architect and help drive process-system excellenceBuild strong partnership with external vendors that support HR tools includes HR, Payroll & time keepingReporting, Metrics and DocumentationExplore & develop project dashboards for all HR IT projectsProvide regular status updates on project performance and key metrics.

    Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    Assess and mitigate risks related to HR projects.
    Maintain complete project documentation.
    Change ManagementDevelop change management strategies for HR IT projects.
    Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new HR processes or technologies.
    Collaborate to create playbooks/guides and support HR teams/employees affected by these initiatives.
    People Development & CoachingAs a leader of HR function, the incumbent is accountable to coach his/her existing team, build strong team & be an effective coach to larger HR functionDocument goals for the team, have regular check-in's, share real time feedback, create/track IDP's, challenge the team/eco-system for innovative solutions & thinking beyond BAUCreate opportunities for team by offering them projects outside of regular work areas

    Key Year One Deliverables:

    Frontend new HCM evaluation with CIO BRM lead would be accountable to conclude HCM evaluation, partner with HR COE's on functionality check, create a business case & eventually be the PM on cut-over planning/migrationUnderstand the current HR IT landscape, includes both technology & tools (functionalities)Audit to ensure compliance (i.e.

    entering terminations timely)Baseline all existing reports, retire what is not required & create relevant reporting/insights functionalitiesSimplify/automate HR Operations reporting frameworkManage/oversee project to move all job requisitions to one systemSkills, Experience & Qualification –Bachelor's degree, PG preferred with 12 – 14yrs of work experience.

    HR IT Experience is a MUST, Project Management Professional (PMP) is an added advantageProven experience in managing complex HR IT landscape, ability to deal with large data, multi-technology landscape is importantStrong knowledge of HR processes, HRIS systems, and best practices.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficient in MS Office tools (specially PowerPoint & excel) is a MUST.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
