    Description

    Hiring Criteria :

    Strong QA / SDET Profile

    Mandatory (Experience) - 2+ Years of experience as a Quality Engineer

    Mandatory (Core Skills 1)
    • Handson experience with UI testing and API testing
    Mandatory (Core Skills 2) - Must have a strong understanding of Automation Testing and Manual testing

    Mandatory (Location) - Candidate must be from Bengaluru

    Mandatory (Company) - Product / SAAS Companies (Startup)

    Role & Responsibilities :


    • Review product requirements and specifications and provide feedback.
    • Create comprehensive, structured and detailed test plans and test cases.
    • Track quality assurance metrics by analyzing and categorizing all customer reported bugs
    • Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure the test cases trace to software requirements
    • Development & Execution of automation test scripts and help with CI/CD Integration
    • Execution of all test cases and ensure defect free release
    • Quickly triage and test bug fixes on an ongoing basis
    • Work in an agile environment, follow process guidelines and deliver tasks
    • Participate in software architecture, design discussions and code reviews
    • Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable
    • Stay uptodate with new testing tools and test Candidate :
    • 13 years experience working as a Quality Engineer
    • Handson experience with UI testing and API testing
    • Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases
    • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
    • Attitude of breaking the system to make the system robust for users
    • Knowledgeable with bug tracking tools like JIRA and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git
    • Knowledgeable in automation testing of web applications & API
    • Exposure to modern AI based lowcode/nocode tools like Testsigma, Tosca, TestIM, AccelQ, Katalon etc
    • Detail oriented Ability to empathize with customers
    • The ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, willing to ask for help and offer support to the rest of the team
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • BE / MS / MCA from reputed institutes in India or abroad
