We're seeking a talented and experienced Product Engineering Head to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Ezinore's products.

We're not just seeking technical prowess; we need someone who excels in communication and interpersonal skills, ready to dive into collaborative efforts with multi-department team members, spanning engineering, operations/manufacturing.

Stipend:

5 LPA CTC with 3.5 LPA Base (Subject to increment).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design and development of Embedded Hardware Systems and Power Electronics Circuits.
• Lead and manage the product engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
• Work within a multi-functional team (Embedded Software Developer, PCB Designer) to develop new products.
• Understanding how to convert electrical energy between AC and DC, which is crucial for both charging and discharging the battery.
• In-depth knowledge of Lithium-ion battery systems, their chemistry, operation, and management to optimize performance and lifespan.
• The ability to analyze and design electrical systems to ensure the Product integrates safely and efficiently with the home grid
• Expertise in designing and implementing control systems to manage the battery's charging/discharging cycles, monitor battery health, and optimize energy flow.
• Knowledge of thermal management systems to keep the Product's battery operating within optimal temperature ranges.
• The ability to design and program embedded systems to control the product's various functions.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Candidates should have prior experience in the field of Power Electronics and Embedded System Design. Experience in Battery Charger, BMS on any other Power Electronics System design will have additional advantages.
• Led the design activity of various high-power Battery Chargers and converters.
• Developing Electronics hardware right from paper to prototype. Alternate design analysis, POC evaluations, and documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of Power Convertor Systems and battery packs.
• Expertise in designing and developing Converter systems for Static Energy Storage.
• Experience managing engineering projects to ensure the product's development stays on schedule and within budget along with an understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations to ensure the product meets all necessary certifications.
