    We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee the maintenance, tenant relations, vendor management, and project coordination for our property portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure efficient property operations, maintain relationships with tenants and vendors, and drive improvement projects while monitoring budgets and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Tenant Relations
      • Receive, prioritize, and promptly respond to tenant repair and maintenance requests.
      • Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
      • Track and document repair and maintenance activities, including costs and completion times.
      • Conduct regular inspections to identify and proactively address maintenance issues.
      • Maintain open, effective communication with tenants, addressing their concerns and providing updates on requests and projects.
    • Vendor Relations
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
      • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure optimal terms and pricing.
      • Evaluate vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
      • Manage contractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
    • Property Onboarding
      • Assist in the preparation and execution of property onboarding plans.
      • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
      • Monitor property conditions and coordinate necessary improvements or repairs.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines for new properties.
    • Lease Renewals
      • Oversee lease renewal processes to ensure timely and accurate execution.
      • Communicate with tenants regarding lease renewal terms and conditions.
      • Assist in lease negotiations and resolving any related issues.
      • Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and renewals.
    • Project Management
      • Plan, coordinate, and oversee small to medium-sized remodel projects from inception to completion.
      • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
      • Provide regular financial reports and updates to management.
    • Budgeting and Cost Control
      • Assist in budget preparation for repair, maintenance, and remodel projects.
      • Monitor expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.
      • Deliver regular financial reports and updates to management.
    • Communication and Reporting
      • Maintain open communication with tenants, addressing concerns and providing updates on requests and projects.
      • Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, project progress, and vendor performance for senior management.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
      • Proven experience of 5+ years in asset management, property management, or a related field.
      • Strong organizational and project management skills.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation and vendor management abilities.
      • Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
      • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
      • Familiarity with Yardi, local building codes and safety regulations is a plus.

      Candidate Should Possess:

      • A minimum of 8 years professional experience in property management in Yardi is required.
      • Advanced experience reading and interpreting leases and related documents as well as financial information contained in accounting software, spreadsheets, financial statements, etc., required.
      • Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) required.
