    Job Description:

    1. To ensure and maintain a high level of customer service by taking ownership of customer inquiries and handling orders from receipt. Backend support.
    2. Coordinate with US and Canadian clients.
    3. Communication in English should be fluent.

    Qualification: 12th pass, Bachelor's Degree - B.A., B.Com. M.Com, MA, B.Ed., M.Ed., or any other graduate/diploma.

    Specific Knowledge:

    Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Application MS Excel

    Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

    General understanding of the quote-to-cash process
