Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Camp Manager at Ultra Resorts & Hotels Pvt. Ltd. located in Leh. As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the campgrounds, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of guests, managing staff, coordinating activities and events, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the campgrounds. Some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications

• Prior experience in camp management or a related field
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and resolve guest inquiries and complaints
• Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work in a remote setting
• CPR and first aid certifications are preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
