- Support organizational change initiatives and leadership capability building.
- Strengthen employee engagement through structured onboarding experiences, development check-ins, and retention initiatives.
- Conduct day employee reviews and ongoing experience assessments.

- Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) governance, learning journeys, and certification tracking.
