Role Overview  

We are looking for an experienced and creative Director of Photography (DOP)  to lead visual execution for brand films, ad films, digital content, and campaign shoots. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in camera operations , visual storytelling, and lighting, along with the ability to execute shoots independently in a fast-paced agency environment. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Lead and execute camera operations  for brand shoots, ad films, reels, and digital campaigns 
• Handle end-to-end cinematography , including framing, composition, camera movement, and lighting 
• Operate gimbal and stabilisation equipment  for smooth cinematic shots 
• Collaborate with creative, production, and direction teams to achieve the desired visual output 
• Translate scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs into compelling visuals 
• Ensure high-quality footage aligned with brand guidelines and creative direction 
• Manage on-ground shoot requirements and equipment setup 
• Support post-production teams with technical inputs when required 

Mandatory Skills & Requirements  

• Strong expertise in camera operations and cinematography  
• Proficient in using gimbal systems  
• Must own a camera and gimbal  
• Mandatory:  Mirrorless camera with Full-Frame sensor  
• Strong understanding of: 
• Lighting techniques 
• Composition & framing 
• Camera movement and visual storytelling 
• Ability to handle on-ground shoots independently  

Preferred Qualifications  

• Prior experience working with creative agencies / production houses  
• Experience shooting brand films, ad films, reels, social media content  
• Knowledge of lenses, camera settings, and shoot environments 
• Ability to adapt to different brand aesthetics and shoot styles
