    Candidate Background and Experience

    • At least 8-10 years of EA experience and at least 4-5 years of experience in handling calendars of multiple (5-6) senior leaders at the same time. Have experience in handling calendars of multiple time zones - APAC, EMEA and NAM.
    • Handled international travel management - booking tickets, creating itineraries and coordinate with cross geographic stakeholders for successful international travel of the leader.
    • Capability to manage multiple senior leaders and provide EA support to such leaders in highly demanding and agile work environment. Provide administrative support for senior leaders. Answer phones, file and manage paperwork, mail letters.
    • Have good experience in working with global stakeholders to manage time effectively.
    • Using calendar invite – internal and external, provides proactive updates and actions.
    • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the Partner's ability to effectively optimize his time and energy.
    • Manage the Billing of professional fees and direct expenses; handling vendor payments, telephone and internet payments, etc.
    • Prepare travel and expense reports including Forex reconciliations, travel documents, visa, etc.
    • Composing contract letters, publications, proposals, agendas, executive summary reports and minutes of meetings.
    • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans andagendas; flights and hotel bookings, online visa applications, personal forms submissions, compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
    • Making Presentations slides (MS PowerPoint) and Excel-sheet reports in high volume.
    • Booking, arranging and conducting Telephone and Video conferencing using the appropriate systems
    • Organizing Seminars/Events activities.
    • Oversaw and participated in all clerical support activities; performed a variety of technical tasks viz. coordination, printing, scanning, faxing & emailing.
