    ( if candidate from textile and garmenting its good )

    Qualifications and Skills

    • CA / CS is complousary from candidate
    • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in finance and accounting
    • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in financial planning and analysis
    • Good understanding of budgeting and forecasting
    • Ability to interpret and present financial data to stakeholders
    • Strong leadership and managerial skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage all financial and accounting activities of the company
    • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
    • Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and reports to senior management
    • Prepare and present financial statements and reports to stakeholders
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial laws
    • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
    • Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to achieve financial goals
    • Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team
