You will be working as Warehouse Supervisor and will be part of Electrification business area for Distribution Solutions division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Operations Manager and will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing a team of employees who receive, handle, store and dispatch products, systems and services to customers.

Your responsibilities

• Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow
• Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks
• Coding and preparing proper receipt or dispatch paperwork. Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary
• Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory and floor utilization
• Recommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency and boost the performance of work crews and equipment

Your background

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
