Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients, and preparing sales plans. Additional tasks include conducting market research, providing customer support during the sales process, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets by aligning sales strategies with market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Sales, Customer Engagement, and Business Development
- Market Research and Analytical skills to identify and leverage sales opportunities
- Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Time Management and Organizational skills with the ability to meet targets
- Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Previous experience in the building or elevator industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
