- Drive improved product Quality by identifying manufacturing issues and developing better test system cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production
- Candidate able to troubleshoot Inverter and Power Station testing technical bug by himself by applying his technical expertise and product Knowledge
- Manufacturing testing for better productivity and quality on day today basis.
- Participate in early focus on manufacturability improve the product Quality and prevent testing failure early processing stages.
- Drive manufacturing testing excellence for zero escaping defect.
- Prepare routine test reports given Engineering report template.
- Communicating the test design requirements to Engineering for test improvements
- Ensure proper dismantling of Inverter by understanding LOTO process as per EHS requirements
- Ensure Instruments & Measuring devices are Calibrated
- Updating the metrics of testing to Management
- Ensure processes contribute to a safe work environment
- Managing Customer FAT
- Develop test plans for Inverters and Electrical components
- To ensure test rig are running at full capacity
- Write test Procedures and reports to capture lessons learned and share with component design engineers
- Align test methods with respective to IEC and UL standards
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Electrical / Electronics with a minimum 4-6 years of experience in Inverter testing).
- Knowledge of Inverter Manufacturing Functions and Exposure to Quality, Engineering, Lean &Testing or Engineering processes
