Overview:

The SeniorElixir Developer plays a critical role in our organizationcontributing to the development and maintenance of Elixirapplications. They will be tasked with ensuring the highperformance and responsiveness of our applications whilecollaborating with crossfunctional teams to define design and shipnew features. Additionally they will be responsible for maintainingcode integrity and organization while implementing best practicesand contributing to continual improvements of the developmentprocess.

Qualifications:4 years ofexperience in professional software development with a strong focuson functionalprogramming.
Deepexpertise in Elixir including OTP concepts pattern matching andconcurrencymodels.
Experiencewith Phoenix framework and web development best practices. Solidunderstanding of DevOps principles andpractices.
Provenability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Passion for mentoring and helping othersgrow.

Experiencewith other functional programming languages like Clojure Haskell orErlang.
