We are searching for a skilled counselor to help provide direction and support to all our students. You will actively help students build coping mechanisms to guide them through stressful situations. Your duties will also include listening to parents & students, asking necessary questions, and developing effective strategies to fulfill their educational requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

The successful candidate will also be friendly and professional, with outstanding people skills.

• Counseling students and parents about our course over the calls or face to face.
• Out-bond calls as per the leads receive from the support team (Marketing, Admin-support).
• Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis over the call.
• Counsel students and parents who walk-in to the office for various programs.
• Guide students on a sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success.
• Responsible for overall admissions in the center.
• Assessing students through detailed conversations, interviews, and observations to determine the appropriate course/class.
• Creating effective lead generation plans that include counseling, tele-calling, or other services.
• Educating students about appropriate coping mechanisms to help them through tough situations.
• Recording the students progress and changing their teaching plan when needed.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional counselor.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.
