    Description
    Responsible for develop new business opportunities and business models.

    • Develops forecasts, budgets and operating plans for channels partners.
    • Develops and implements plans for strategic accounts and / or markets.
    • Build a Sales pipeline.
    • Liaison effectively with the inhouse, marketing, operations and peers in other countries.
    • Report on the sales results timely and weekly and proactive advice on the forecast of sales.
    • To prepare the commercial proposal for the solution and also lead the negotiations with the customer.
    • Generate Enquiries, Customer Visits, work closely with Solution team.
    • Help optimize the sales process.
    • Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.
    • Owning the Region and account
    • Account Management.
    • To keep up with the latest technology trends and keep up with competitors' products to provide feedback to add new features to the existing products
    • To train and develop fresh talent in the organization.
