    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sous Chef at The Postcard Hotel.

    The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring quality standards are met.

    The Junior Sous Chef will also assist in menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety.
    QualificationsExperience in professional kitchen operations and food preparationKnowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipmentAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFlexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysCulinary degree or relevant culinary certifications are a plus
